4人见围观的人越来越多，留下一句“你下次还会该死”的狠话，骑车扬长而去。越来越多的路人围在丽丽身边。

因害怕，薇薇事后不敢告诉家人。

一路上，仅有几辆疾驰而过的车辆，丽丽求救计划失败。

薇薇每天噩梦相伴，直到丽丽的事情披露后，她才把遭遇告诉了家人。

另外两个人也围了上来，对她拳脚相逼。

另有一名少女惨遭强奸

一旁的父母不时哽咽，不堪的经历不但是女儿抹不掉的阴影，也是他们心头永远的痛。

到达宾馆后，陈某在前台登记，一直紧抓着丽丽手的女子把她拉到宾馆门外，重复告诫她，对陈某要说自己17岁、念高一。

两次寻机逃跑均遭毒打

这一说法新法制报记者在宁都县公安局得到印证。该局政工科科长曾国栋介绍说，目前已经抓获4名犯罪嫌疑人（包括陈某），他们均对犯罪行为供认不讳，现已被刑拘在看守所。令办案人员痛心的是，3名被抓捕的犯罪嫌疑人和那名在逃犯均属辍学后在社会闲荡的少年。被抓犯罪嫌疑人在接受审讯时以“未成年人不犯法”自居，指认现场时甚至一脸笑意。

司法鉴定结论通知书显示，丽丽的损伤程度为轻伤乙级。

女生被胁迫至城郊要求“卖处”

嫌犯竟以未成年自居不惧法

一名女子随后电话联系上一名男子，当着丽丽的面与对方一通讨价还价。在价格由2000元定为1700元后，电话中的男子（陈某）很快骑摩托车赶到，一行人强行将丽丽带至宁都县华泰宾馆。

随后，丽丽被带到县城荒郊一处河滩上，对方先是争论了一番由谁来说事，最后一个女子上前来，问道：“有没有交过男朋友？”

放学后，丽丽和同学一起走出校门回租房住处（由于学校住宿有限，她与3名同学在距离学校不足百米远的地方合租了一间房）。

“将犯罪分子绳之于法，我只希望这件事快点过去。”叙说自己的遭遇时，小女孩眼泪大颗大颗地滴落，却始终没有哭出声来。

“我女儿还这么小，还是个孩子呀，那些人真是畜生才干出这种事。”刘娟说，他们的心都碎了。

受害人薇薇16岁，是宁都县初二女生。在被两名女性犯罪嫌疑人强行带到华泰宾馆后，在胁迫下失去“第一次”。事后，两名女子从“买处”者那里获利3000元，“买处”者为同一男子——陈某。

但女儿的恶劣遭遇还没办法接受与消化，近万元的治疗费用以及后遗症的压力与负担重重地压在了心头。虽然丽丽参加了农村合作医疗、居民医保，购买了意外伤害保险，但医院方表示，意外伤害、交通事故、自杀三类医药治疗不能进入医保，建议第三方负责。

更令人震惊的是，警方在审讯过程中，嫌犯还供认，该县16岁女生薇薇（化名）5月被他们以类似手段“成功”强奸两次，其过程令人发指。

丽丽母亲刘娟（化名）依然清楚地记得6月23女儿给她打的那通电话，电话那头的声音让她的脑袋嗡嗡作响。

然而，截至目前，属于事件第三方的犯罪嫌疑人家属或监护人，没有任何人主动站出来承担起相应的责任。

悲伤、愤慨的交加都不足以形容两对父母的情绪，让“恶人”早日受到法律严厉制裁，或许才是他们盼望的一个让内心可以平静的说法，还孩子一个安全、快乐的成长环境，仍旧是他们所祈盼的。

就在这时，一辆警车从旁边驶过，丽丽立即上前求助，随后带领公安民警来到华泰宾馆。在调看监控录像时，来“破处”的陈某刚好从楼上下来，当场被警方抓获。

然而，丽丽的耳鸣、头晕症状一直持续性存在。这是一个比较危险的信号，根据临床经验，随着时间的推移，症状消失的可能性就会越来越小。“也就是说头晕、耳鸣的症状以后可能长期伴随着丽丽。”胡伟鹏说，耳鸣症状目前还属于一个医学治疗难题，他们现阶段只能给丽丽进行一些辅助性药物治疗，若这个星期内再没有好转的话，则建议家长带她到赣州、南昌等地检查治疗。

为了跑得快些，丽丽甩掉了拖鞋，光着脚在发烫的马路上跑。

突然，年龄与丽丽相仿的陌生的两男两女走上前来叫住她，称找她有事，并叫与丽丽同行的同学先走。

“不愿意我们就对付你爸妈，把你衣服全扒了扔大街上去，让你没脸上学，让你爸妈见不得人。”

几次询问对方有什么事后，一男子威胁道：“我们常在你们学校，不跟我们走，以后找你们学校的人揍你。”

丽丽意识到对方不会善罢甘休，只好假装答应，心里则思量着在去宾馆的路上向人求救。

“我女儿才16岁，孩子傻呀，5月时几天出血严重，还骗我说是来例假。”薇薇母亲说，其实他们早应该发现不对劲的，薇薇虽然照常每天做完一家人的饭菜，给弟弟洗澡，但在家的话就长时间把自己一个人关在房间，母女俩一起出门逛街，低头走路的薇薇也一直要求回家，说不喜欢在外面呆，甚至提过辍学的想法。

近一个月的检查治疗下来，丽丽的两只手背满是输液留下的针孔和淤青。

趁对方停手打电话叫同伙赶上来时，丽丽再一次逃跑。

其间，丽丽甚至告诉他们，自己来了例假，但这也没能换来同情。

脸肿得跟冬瓜一样，全身通红，凌乱的头发和衣服上全是沙土，衣服上的鞋印，脖子上的高跟鞋印。丽丽还不哭不闹地告诉父母说，她不疼。

几天后，犯罪嫌疑人又找上薇薇，以“第二次后就会放过你”相诱骗和威胁，薇薇再次被陈某强奸。

丽丽的父亲哽咽地告诉新法制报记者，为了多贴补一点家用，在煤矿做矿工的他一天当两班。妻子打电话告诉他女儿挨打的消息后，他一边赶往县城一边焦虑地猜测。直到在县城公安刑警大队见到女儿后，他深深地被女儿挨打原由以及眼前一幕所震惊。

话音刚落，两个大耳光就打在了她的脸上。

令人震惊的是，警方在对犯罪嫌疑人审讯时得知，两名女性犯罪嫌疑人在5月曾做过一起同样性质的案件。

事发后，丽丽父母一直陪着女儿看病就医。

让家属感到不满的还有学校。

学习期间，接连有类似恶劣犯罪行为的发生，学校是否有责任？校园安全问题是否应该引起了学校领导、当地教育主管部门的重视呢？这样的疑问，没有人给她作出解答。

事后，丽丽告诉新法制报记者，打到后来她已完全失去痛觉，接下来几天，红肿变淤青，疼痛才开始折磨她,louboutin pas cher。

7月17日，一场大雨后的宁都县，空气中残留着几分清凉，太阳却白得刺眼。

可还没跑出多远，丽丽就被一名男子追上，并被推倒在地，对方扯着她的头发一阵毒打。

案发当天下午4时许，刘娟主动联系上丽丽的班主任，电话里班主任称自己并不知道丽丽下午没来上课。几天后，丽丽父母找到学校，校长表示截至当天，还没人向他汇报这个事情，只是说了解情况后会积极配合公安破案调查。

据了解，办案民警曾与犯罪嫌疑人的监护人积极沟通，但未取得实效，只能建议受害人家属，在法院进行刑事诉讼时附带提起民事诉讼，由法院裁定赔偿受害人金额，并在适当时候采取强制执行。

案发后，宁都县公安局刑警大队立即实行立案抓捕，目前已抓获4名犯罪嫌疑人（一名嫖客）。据警方审讯调查，其中3名犯罪嫌疑人均系未成年人，强迫初中女生供人“破处”。

不论是在医院还是在家里，她始终习惯性地低着头，蹲在角落里发呆，晚上睡觉经常被噩梦吓醒。

当4人骑车追上丽丽后，他们骗丽丽说带她回学校。

刘娟悲痛地说，自己曾经快乐、跟她聊天谈心的女儿再也找不回来了。

　　天下居然有这么美的事?我疑心这里有什么阴谋：“为什么要请我弹琴，还给我钱?”
　　“说实话，现在我正在搞促销，请人来琴行弹琴，一为提高人气，二是想让买琴的人听听我的钢琴质量啊。你反正在家也是弹，在这儿也是弹。”
　　可他为什么偏偏选中我呢?
　　高老板笑了：“我请人当然还是调查了一番的。附近学琴的孩子多的是，可听家长和老师说，你是里面数一数二的高手……你放心，你弹什么我不管，只要不停地弹下去就行。”
　　朱老师免了我的学费，现在又找到个免费练琴还能赚钱的地方，简直是天上掉馅饼的大好事。我犹豫片刻,chaussure jordan，点头同意了。

　　一个月后，高叔叔将800元递到了我手里。我犹豫着不敢接，高叔叔说：“这是你的劳动所得，怎么能不要?当然，以后你成了大明星，弹一首曲子就要几万几百万，那时候高叔叔可请不起你了。”说完，他哈哈笑起来。
　　我攥着800元钱，知道我们一家三口这个月的生活费有了着落。可我想了想，又将400元还给了高叔叔：“高叔叔，您一个月给我400元，我每天再多弹两个小时，行不行?”
　　“只要你不觉得累，弹多久都行啊。我还巴不得呢。”他将钱推回给我。
　　我把琴行当做了我的琴室，一有时间就泡在里面，弹得手臂都抬不起来，内心却有说不出的欢喜。

　　“谢朱老师?”我愣住了。
　　“朱老师也是我以前的钢琴老师。那天她急匆匆地找到我，说她一个学生，也就是你，住在我家附近，突然不想学琴了，一定是出了什么事，她让我帮她调查一下。我很快得知你为了筹集父亲的医疗费，把钢琴卖了……朱老师知道这个情况后，本想把你接到自己家里去，可她知道你是个倔强的孩子，于是想出了现在这个方式，让你在自尊心不受伤害的情况下继续把琴练下去。朱老师说，你是她见过的最有天赋的孩子，又特别勤奋，她不能让这样的孩子因为贫困断送了前途……”
　　原来是这样！可我竟然还收高叔叔的钱！
　　高叔叔又笑着摆摆手：“一开始朱老师要替你付钱给我，说是什么钢琴磨损费，我怎么能让老师掏钱?再说了，能为你做点儿事我也高兴啊，你的孝心让我感动，我真巴不得有你这样一个女儿呢。何况你的琴声为我带来了不少顾客，让我生意兴隆，我得谢谢朱老师谢谢你才对呢！你若愿意继续来我这儿弹琴，高叔叔欢迎，而且一定提高报酬！”
　　那天，我专门为高叔叔弹奏了一曲。弹着弹着，我的眼里又涌满了泪，这次的泪，是我19年来流下的最幸福的泪……

　　要结束进修了，我的结业画作是《不愿醒来的睡美人》，那忧伤着不愿醒来的睡美人，就这么永远闭着眼吧，宁可在梦中想像一切，也别睁开眼面对失望的折磨。我用这幅画给那篇网络文章作了插图，推荐到了《新民晚报》。然后，打点行装离开了上海，离开这个梦幻之都。

本报讯（记者王丽娜）158起交通事故，时间跨度近9年??66岁的瘸腿老汉孙万祥在人行横道内推自行车“碰瓷儿”，先后骗取158位受害者13万余元，真把“碰瓷儿”当成了一个职业。昨天中午，因涉嫌诈骗罪，他在东城法院特意为他在敬老院布置的法庭内受审。

老汉“碰瓷”158起

昨天11点，房山区敬老院内。一个老汉身着黑色棉袄、白色围裙，坐在轮椅上背对其他人，默不作声。有人指了指说，他就是66岁的孙万祥。

几分钟后，护工将饭菜端过来。因孙万祥生活不能自理，一名护工喂他吃饭。刚吃了几口,louboutin，他就开始咳，脸憋得通红，护工赶忙拍了拍他的后背，但吃下的饭菜还是吐了出来。“水，水”，他吐字不清地喊道，随后他拒绝进食,louboutin。

1个小时后，他将接受审判。据检方指控，2001年2月至2009年9月，在本市多处十字路口，孙万祥在人行横道内，利用自行车故意碰撞机动车后假意摔倒的方式，骗取139人12.4万余元。去年10月至今年1月，因腿脚不便，其邻居李某（涉嫌诈骗罪，已被提起公诉）驾驶电动三轮车将他及其自行车送至交道口、雍和宫等十字路口处“碰瓷儿”，先后骗取19人1万余元。

此前，他还因盗窃被劳动教养1次,chaussure jordan，因流氓罪被劳动教养2次。

称“有罪但没钱赔”

案发后，孙万祥被关押在看守所。经检查，其有脑血栓后遗症带来的右侧半身不遂、语言障碍、生活不能自理等情况，不适宜关押，最终，他被取保候审。他的儿子每月交纳1500元费用将他送进敬老院。

考虑到他身体不好，法院决定在敬老院开庭。中午12点，孙万祥被法警推进一间会议室，审判正式开始。

面对指控，孙万祥简单地回答称：“起诉的事实都存在，我认罪”“（你问我）去了多少次？都没数了，每周都去吧。”

孙万祥说，开始是真撞，他还撩开上衣，让法官看他前胸的伤。最后陈述阶段，他称，他没钱还给受害者。

孙的辩护人则提出，部分事故没有报警，无交通事故认定书，不能作为定罪证据，且考虑到孙的身体，建议从轻处罚。

检方建议判6-8年

公诉人认为，孙万祥诈骗13万余元，犯罪时间长、人数众多，综合考虑其年龄和身体状况，建议法院在6-8年间量刑。

最后，公诉人正告孙万祥：“虽然你是一个老人，但希望你不管是在养老院还是在哪儿，都应该思考对受害者造成的不安，真正地忏悔自己的罪行。”

法院将择日宣判。

“要1万，给几百就成”

记者：你有工作吗？家里情况怎么样？

孙万祥：三四十年前，在一个模型厂上班，后来倒闭了，就一直无业。后来爱人和我离婚了，有一个孩子跟着我。他今年28岁了，工作时间也不长。每次找工作，还得交500元介绍费。

记者：怎么想到去“碰瓷儿”？第一次怎么开始的？

孙万祥：穷，没钱怎么办。要吃饭、抽烟、交水电费啊。

记者：不怕撞伤或者被抓？

孙万祥：怕也去，没钱花啊，死就死了，我六十多岁了。

记者：儿子知道吗？他埋怨你吗？

孙万祥：不知道，他从分局知道的。他接我时说这是犯罪又危险，他不高兴。没出事时，他说我要钱没钱，要房没房。

记者：你后悔吗？现在在敬老院怎么样？

孙万祥：不后悔。虽然在这不自由,ralph lauren，不能出去，不能看电视。

记者：以后还干这个吗？

孙万祥：不了。我上电视了，他们都会指着我说，就是他，就是他，没面子。
